Admission Procedure

Admission process for students for the 2017/2018 academic year

The deadline for submission of APPLICATIONS for participation in the regular process of admission of students comprises from April 19 to May 5, 2017, both days inclusive.

The dates of the activities of the Educational Centers:

  • Publication of provisional lists of admitted and excluded: May 23, 2017.
  • Claims: May 24, 25 and 26, 2017.
  • Publication of final list of students admitted and excluded by the centers: June 6, 2017.

The dates of the actions of the Support Services to the Schooling with the requests not admitted by the centers:

  • Publication of provisional lists of admitted and excluded: June 14, 2017.
  • Claims: June 15, 16 and 19, 2017.
  • Publication of final lists: June 21, 2017.

Documentation to be submitted

  • Application form. (Can be collected in the center or downloaded from the website here)
  • Photocopy ID of the parents. (Father and mother, and / or legal guardians).
  • Certificate or registration number.
  • Photocopy of the family book.
  • In case of Separation or Divorce of the parents, sentence and regulatory agreement.
  • The application must be signed by both parents. If not possible, an affidavit will be presented.
  • Justifying other special circumstances that may be alleged.

Enrollment Process (once you publish the lists of students admitted).

The REGISTRATION Period comprises from July 3 to 14, 2017

Documentation to be submitted

  • Two carnet-sized photographs.
  • Complete the different forms that will be part of the student’s file.
  • Certification of having passed the Primary Education Stage issued by the Secretary of the Center of origin.
